Welcome to Connect and Reset Psychoeducational Workshops. Participants will interact in a natural setting to enhance self-understanding, build community, and strengthen mind-body connection. Multiple group workshops are offered designed to meet Individual, Parent/Child and Women’s wellness psychoeducational growth.

Connect and Reset Psychoeducation Workshops
Connect and Reset Workshops are two day workshops that aide is self growth through introspective activities and experiential experiences with the focus being in the following 3 areas:
1. Individual – Connecting with self pursuing insight into personal growth, wellness, and purpose in a group setting
2. Parent and Child Relationships – Focuses on building connection between the parent and child in a playful group nature based experience.
3. Women Focused Connection and Growth Intensives – Immersive all women’s group to help enhance their skills in connecting with self and others in a group experiential wilderness setting.
